search_patient
Keyword search over a patient's clinical facts and timeline events.
Searches a patient's clinical facts (conditions, medications, allergies and the rest of the virtual file tree's entries) and timeline events by keyword. Use it when the agent knows a term but not the path.
Narratives and the documents under /sources/ are not indexed: browse /sources/ for a phrase from a note.
Input

A result must contain every term in query. Matching is on English word stems, so medications matches medication.
Output
Up to 20 matches, best first, as a Markdown list. Each entry is a path, then its preview on the next line.
