Manage Workspaces

A workspace is an isolated Clinia Context Engine environment with its own data store, API endpoint, and OAuth credentials. Use separate workspaces for different environments (development, staging, production) or different products.

Requires Admin or Owner role to create or delete workspaces. Members can view workspaces.

Create a workspace

1. Go to your organization's home page.
2. Select New workspace.
3. Enter a name and confirm.

The workspace appears in the list and the sidebar within a few seconds. Open it to see its Workspace ID and Workspace URL — both are needed to configure the context engine client.

Delete a workspace

Deleting a workspace permanently removes all ingested patient data and its associated OAuth credentials. This cannot be undone.

1. Open the workspace.
2. Select Delete workspace and confirm by typing the workspace name.
